Amid juggling a few freelance jobs, I've moved in to a lovely warehouse studio space in Fitzroy. A fitness prerequisite applies if you want to come visit me; there's EIGHT invigorating flights of stairs! The rewards up high are a nice climate, hot air balloons passing the windows on early mornings, and some lovely studio companions - of various design and film persuasions.
In a slightly tenuous segue-way, let me plug and introduce Madeleine Cocolas' blog 52 Weeks. Madeleine is a dear friend and very talented music supervisor and composer. She recently left her beloved role at Level Two Music to relocate with her man-friend to Seattle. Hence her ex-pat blog of off-shore musical work. It will be a delight to the ears each week!
